Assalamualaikum...

Wahhhhhh... that my first impression bila aku bukak blog aku ni... totally different daripada blog aku yang dulu.. sangat cantik dan comel.. ishhh aku tak snap pulak blog aku sebelum ni. Kalau korang tengok comfirm korang pun akan setuju dengan aku.

Idea nak upgred blog ni bermula lepas aku tengok blog-blog orang lain... Fehhhhhh cantik dan cumell sangat. Then aku pun contact lah seorang kawan aku yang kaki blogging ni nak minta tolong dia ubah suai blog aku. Then dia pon setuju.. Aku apa lagi bagaikan orang mengantuk disorongkan bantal lah.. terus aku kasi email dan password. Dan tak sampai 2 hari dia dah siap buat.. Wahh sangat profesional kan.. I Am Hot Tempered

Everybody get angry, but out-of-control rage is not good for you or those around you. When you can't control your anger, you may get into first-fights or drive recklessly. For example, endangering yourself aand other. For your infomation, anger also play havoc with your own body. Research show that anger can increase people developing coronary heart disease and having worse outcomes if they already have heart disease. Anger also lead to stress-related problem, such as insomnia, digestive problem, and headaches.
Here, are some strategies you can use to simmer down.

  1. Relaxation
  • Breathe deeply.
  • Slowly repeat a calming word or phrase, such as 'relax' or 'take it easy'.
  • Use imagery. Visualize a relaxing exprience from your memory.
  • Try non-strenuous, slow exercise. For example yoga.
     2.  Changing The Way You Think
  • When you are angry, you thinking can get overly dramatic. When something goes wrong, you might tell yourself, 'Everything's ruined!' With cognitive restructuring, you replace those kinds of thought with more reasonable ones. You might tell yourself instead, 'This is frustrating, but it is not mean the end of the world'.
  • Avoid word like 'never' or 'always' when talking about yourself to others because this words make you fee your anger is justified and other's no way to solve the problem.
  • Focus on goals. Do not go attack the person that make you anger but think about what you want accomplish.
  • Use logic. Remind yourself that the world is not out to get you and that you are just experiencing one of life's inevitable rough spots.
     3.  Problem Solving
  • Focus on how to handle and face the problem.
  • Make a plan and check your progress along the way, using a guide toorganizing or time management if needed. But don not punish yourself if you do not find an answer right away.
     4.  Better Communication
  • If you are in a heated discussion, slow down. Listen carefully to what  the other person is saying and take your time before answering. Instead of saying the first thing that comes into your head, think carefully about what you want to say.
  • It is natural to get defensive when you are criticized, but do not fight back. Instead, listen to what's benefit the words.
     5. Enviromental Change
  • Sometimes it is your immediate circumstances that prompt angry feeling. 
  • Give yourself a break
  • Consider the timing.Try changing the times when you talk about important matters so these talks do not turn into arguments.
     6.  Psychologist Help
  • Consult with a psychologist or other licensed mental helath professional who can help you learn hw to control your anger.

Happy, sad, anger, disappointed are the several of emotions that human have. No reasons for you to said I cannot happy because of I have a problem. Even you are have problem, you also must happy. This is because when your in positive thinking, you will get the solutions and ways to solve your problem. So, how to be happy, let's check this list if you want to be happier person in the world.
  1. Always Accept What You Have
  • As a normal human, we always want what we do not have. Research show that happy people have modest levels of expectation and aspirations.
  • Happy people always have confident that 'they want what they can get', while unhappy people never seem to get what they want.
  • Happy person also know how to manage and avoid disappointments and how to generate pleasant suprises. This is because they strive for realistic goals and are happy with their lot.
     2.  Enjoy What You Do
  • Happy people do what they enjoy what they do and they are not do it for the money or rewards.
  • Many of us just spent the best years of their lives trying to make money, sacrificing their health and family without enjoy their live properly.
     3.  Live For Today
  • Do not dwell on the past, on things that went wrong or previous failures.
  • Do not dream about an idealised future that does not exist or worry about what has not happened yet.
  • Happy people live for the now and also think positive.
     4.  Choose Happiness
  • Do not afraid to step back and re-evaluate your goals. Imagine you life as a story taht you can edit and revise as you go along.
  • This kind of flexible approach requires positive thinking and an open mind-you need to actively choose to be happy.
     5.  Relationship
  • Relationship is important things in your life. We get our happiness from other people, and from supporting other people.
  • Other people can make us happy, we are all 'other people' to someone else. Cherish people is important to you.
  • Do you know that, married people are happier than single people.
     6.  Stay Busy
  • If you want to be happier, develop and outgoing, social personality- accept that drinks invitation, join the walking club, book group or something else activities.0
     7.  Don't Compare
  • Ambition is healthy and makes people happy but envy makes them unhappy. Yet comparisons with others can spoil the benefits of ambition and are only useful if you learn something from them.
  • Focus on your goals and dreams, so you can enjoy your ambition and achievements.
     8.  Be Yourself
  • Do not worry what others think about you. Then you can truly be yourself.
  • Happy people are spontaneous, natural and real. They say what they think and feel, and are not concerned what others thim of them. Being oneself makes one feel free and authentic.
     9.  Stop Worrying
  • Do not take yourself too seriously. Happy people do not worry and they recognise that 90 per cent or worries never come true.
   10.  Think Positive
  • Happy people gets things off their chest, their motto is: get rid of it, or it will get rid of you. Happy people always look on the bright side.
  • We need to switch from a negative, glass-half-empaty outlook to a glass-half-full.
    11.  Value Happiness
  • Happiness can be learned, but finding meaning and a purpose in life is what leads to it, not the other way around.
  • The happiest people appriciate and realise that being happy adds years to their life, and life to their years.
Smile is a therapy for you. So, try to smile everyday, everytime and every second.

Sometime we get stress at our workplace but after we back home, everything change because of the environment. Bedroom is suitable place for be your personal space for release your tension and relaxing. Here, I have idea how to make your room become more comfortable and smell like heavenly.
  1. Choose Suitable Colour For Room
  • Pastels color are wonderful for bedrooms because of they are soft, relaxing, serene and can help contribute to good night's sleep.
  • Soft blues, lavenders, greens, yellow and pink are pastels color. 
  • Some tips for choosing bedroom paint colors.
  • - Take a look at decorating magazines and study different photos of bedrooms. 
  • - Think about your existing furniture and bedroom accessories. What colors will complement them?
  • - Consider the size of the bedroom and the atmosphere you want to create.
  • - Natural light can make a space feel large so keep it in mind when deciding on the colos. A small    
       room with a lot of light can appear larger than a small room without light.

Lily  : Noo, now I am on a diet. But I am still not losing weight.

  • Sometime we have unhealthy habit it is try to finish our foods with the maximum time. This is because our hectic schedules have led many of us to adopt the unhealthy habit of rapid eating.
